This Privacy Policy explains how Stackr, Inc. ("Stackr") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our credit-building and financial-education platform.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your email address and password.
- Reservation details during the Early Access Beta, such as your selected plan and opt-in preferences.
- Payment and reporting data, such as the rent, utility, and Builder Line payments you choose to have reported.
- Credit-monitoring data, only if you explicitly opt in to score tracking through our regulated monitoring partner.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the Services, report your on-time payments to credit bureaus, contact you when your regional beta batch opens, display your dashboard, and improve our educational content. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments during the beta
During the Early Access Beta no payment is captured. If a payment method is collected, it is validated on an authorize-only basis for a $0 amount and is not charged.
Credit reporting & monitoring
If you opt in, your on-time payment history is reported, and score and identity-monitoring information is retrieved, through our regulated monitoring partner under their applicable terms and privacy practices. You may withdraw this opt-in at any time from your account.
Data security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest and limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Services.
Your choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us.
