Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your email address and password.
- Plan details, such as the membership plan you select and your account preferences.
- Payment and reporting data, such as the rent, utility, and Builder Line payments you choose to have reported.
- Credit-monitoring data, only if you explicitly opt in to score tracking through our regulated monitoring partner.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the Services, report your on-time payments to credit bureaus, display your dashboard, process your plan, and improve our educational content. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Plan payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Where checkout is run in test mode for evaluation, no live charge is made.
Credit reporting & monitoring
If you opt in, your on-time payment history is reported, and score and identity-monitoring information is retrieved, through our regulated monitoring partner under their applicable terms and privacy practices. You may withdraw this opt-in at any time from your account.
Data security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest and limit access to personal information to those who need it to operate the Services.
Your choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us.
