1. Agreement to These Terms

By completing your online platform registration and navigating our digital environment, you establish a binding legal commitment to these Terms of Service. Accepting these rules is a mandatory condition to remain eligible for any internal platform features or closed-loop tools. By interacting with the platform, you explicitly authorize Stackr Inc. to manage and utilize your account tracking data to evaluate your internal program eligibility, coordinate account health updates, and perform system actions aligned with our privacy directives.

To access or maintain an active profile on the platform, you acknowledge and confirm:

2. Notice of Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waivers

PLEASE REVIEW THIS SECTION WITH EXTRA CARE. THIS COMPONENT REQUIRES THAT ALL UNRESOLVED USER DISPUTES, CLAIMS, OR CONTROVERSIES LINKED TO THE PLATFORM OR THIS AGREEMENT BE SETTLED EXCLUSIVELY VIA BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU HEREBY WAIVE AND FOREGO THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL PROCEEDING, OR COLLECTIVE PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.

3. Written Instructions for Consumer Reports and Scores

You understand and agree that your registration serves as a direct, written instruction under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and relevant consumer regulations for Stackr Inc. to compile, request, and verify tracking updates, account metrics, and credit profile reports from major consumer reporting databases—including TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. This authorization remains active for as long as you maintain a registered user profile on the platform.

4. Privacy Policies and Consent to Collect and Use Data

Your personal information is managed in strict alignment with our Privacy Policies. Stackr Inc. is an integrated digital ecosystem. By utilizing our tools, you grant Stackr Inc. the right to collect, aggregate, and process behavioral data, transaction histories, and identity indicators provided by you or retrieved from authorized third-party data layers to optimize your operational profile.

5. Terms Related to the Services

Our services are delivered through our main web endpoint located at stackr.live and its related mobile interfaces. We grant you a strictly limited, non-transferable, and revocable digital license to interact with the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the absolute right to alter, adjust, or suspend specific platform features, account tiers, or internal tools at any time, with or without prior notification, without company liability.

6. Compliance and Legal Requirements

To satisfy federal anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and identity verification mandates, you must supply accurate personal attributes, including your full legal name, date of birth, physical residential address, and government identification numbers. Providing fraudulent, deceptive, or mismatched data constitutes a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

7. Additional Terms Regarding Credit Reporting Services

Stackr Inc. operates an independent, internal, closed-loop financial technology network. We do not maintain affiliate structures with third-party depository institutions, issuing banks, or open-loop credit card networks.

When you use our internal closed-loop credit building features, you grant explicit written instructions for Stackr Inc. to compile and transmit your positive, on-time account payment histories and milestone performance data directly to the major credit reporting bureaus that accept our data streams.

Each independent credit bureau maintains distinct protocols, operational guidelines, and baseline criteria for processing payment files, which evolve independently over time. While our reporting module is designed to route accurate payment history records to bureaus accepting such files, Stackr Inc. cannot mandate external bureau file acceptance. We exercise zero authority over how bureaus apply, weigh, display, or filter accepted records, nor how third-party underwriting systems interpret that data.

As a strict operational boundary, Stackr Inc. transmits positive, on-time payment records exclusively and does not transmit negative payment flags or missed payment histories. Transmitted payment records may take up to sixty (60) days to be cataloged and reflected on your external bureau files. The platform utilities are not designed to serve as credit repair counseling, tax preparation, legal structures, or professional financial advising.

8. Additional Terms Related to Your Use of the Platform and Site

You may not use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, malicious, or improper activity, as determined in our sole discretion. Reverse engineering our software, deploying automated scraping bots, or disrupting server nodes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the absolute right to take preventive or corrective actions to protect our systems, including barring specific IP addresses or wiping associated account metadata.

9. Additional Terms Related to Payments, Unauthorized Transactions, Processing Errors and Referrals

The Stackr Inc. platform membership operates on a continuous 12-month term billed in increments of $5 per monthly billing cycle, totaling an annual commitment of $60. Available features and software data utilities scale based on the specific membership tier selected at signup. Any credit lines extended within the Stackr dashboard are designated solely for financing micro-purchases inside our internal software ecosystem and catalog. Memberships may be managed or canceled at any time via user account settings, but canceling does not absolve prior billing obligations. Consistently maintaining on-time monthly payments is required to keep accounts active and in good standing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you detect an unauthorized ledger transaction or suspect account compromise, you must notify our compliance team within twenty-four (24) hours at support@stackr.ai. Stackr Inc. maintains direct marketing relationships with select third-party software providers and may receive financial referral fees or promotional commissions if you interact with, apply for, or acquire services from those listed networks.

10. Additional Legal Terms Related to the Services and This Agreement

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an unappealable judicial decree, that specific provision shall be severed, and the remaining legal clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
