Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stackr credit-building and financial-education platform and related websites, software, and services (the "Services") operated by Stackr, Inc. ("Stackr," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Stackr is

Stackr provides payment reporting, a closed-loop builder line, budgeting and tracking tools, financial-literacy education, and optional credit-score monitoring through a regulated monitoring partner. Stackr is not a credit-repair organization, debt-settlement company, or lender of general-purpose credit, and we do not promise, guarantee, or imply any specific credit-score result.

2. Early Access Beta

The Services are currently offered as an invitation-based Early Access Beta. During the beta, plans and the Stackr Builder Line are displayed for selection and reservation only. No payment is captured during the beta. When you reserve a plan, your payment method may be validated on an authorize-only basis for a $0 amount; you are not charged. Your selected plan and the Builder Line activate only when your regional beta batch opens and you affirmatively confirm.

3. The Stackr Builder Line

The Stackr Builder Line is an optional 0% interest, closed-loop store credit account that may be used exclusively to access Stackr products and services over time. It is not a cash loan, not a general-purpose credit card, not a cash-advance product, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside the Stackr platform. Availability is subject to eligibility and applicable law.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.

5. Credit reporting & monitoring

If you opt in, your on-time payments are reported, and score and monitoring information is provided, through our regulated monitoring partner. That information is for educational and informational purposes, may differ from scores used by lenders, and does not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access them by unauthorized means, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and all educational content are provided "as is" for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional financial advice. Stackr makes no warranties regarding outcomes, including any change to your credit profile.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
